If you open inspect element, you can use the public url of the image preview like this:
But this image is the lower quality preview which might not satisfy your needs. In general, Google Drive is not intended to be used like this so we don't advise you to go with this option.
Can you give us a little more context, what platform are you integrating Dynamic Mockups API with? Maybe we can help find a better solution 🙂
